For this piece, the artist was inspired by a wooden rocking chair, one of those we had as children and carried us in dreams of nature and freedom. The interior designs of the horse are in turn inspired by the "losas criollas" that were used in the Caribbean at the beginning of the last century. Painted on a 24" x 36" canvas, stretched over a wooden frame.
